Outside In Tour Guides -- Hank

HankA native New Yorker and an accomplished fine art photographer, Hank was born in Brooklyn, grew up in Harlem and The Bronx, spent few years in Queens, and now lives in Manhattan. Hank's tours often include stories of his own immigrant ancestors and how they made their way.

As he guides visitors around the city, he brings his prodigious knowledge and enthusiasm to every corner of the map: from architecture to entertainment, from New York's hidden treasures to its famous landmarks.

With a Master's Degree in social work, Hank spent seven years managing a shelter for homeless families in the South Bronx, and has also served on the faculty of Columbia and Fordham Universities. He is also a residential real estate agent with Presidential Douglas Elliman who is able to show off the city's neighborhoods and apartments to visitors looking to buy or rent.

Hank resides on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his wife and teenage son, who attends LaGuardia High School, (the Fame school), where he is a jazz musician and visual artist.
